    Bilal Hanif

    PRESIDENT & CEO

    Bilal Hanif, is a versatile leader with a background in healthcare, hospital management, and real estate. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Management and holding degrees in Economics and Physician Assistant Studies, he brings both academic strength and extensive clinical experience in various medical fields. Over the past few years, Bilal has led hospital management initiatives, focusing on improving operational efficiency and patient care. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. With additional expertise in real estate, he is well-equipped to drive Khair Collective’s mission forward, focusing on growth, innovation, and community service.

  • Dr. Rehan Mujahid, DO

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Rehan Mujahid is a dedicated physician with expertise in the field of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He practices in Allentown, Pennsylvania and spends his free time volunteering for various projects focused on community building. He is driven by a deep rooted desire to help others by facilitating spiritual, physical, and psychological wellbeing.

  • Rouida Siddiqui

    Rouida Siddiqui

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Rouida Siddiqui is an undergraduate student studying Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and Arabic on the Pre-Med Track at Emory University. With a passion for mental health advocacy and the dream of becoming a physician active in humanitarian work, she joined Khair Collective with the goal of educating herself and others about mental health crises present within the youth in her faith community, and how to respond to their needs. As she embarks on this journey, she hopes to spread awareness and remove the stigma surrounding mental health.

  • Abir Khandaker

    CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

    Abir Khandaker is a Chemical Engineer currently working in the Semiconductor Industry and based out of New York City. Abir is passionate about giving back to the community, continuous improvement, and making a difference. In the past he has volunteered in grassroots organizations and he looks forward bringing his experience to contribute to Khair Collective.

  • Dr. Ali Syed, DO

    COMMUNITY EDUCATOR & OUTREACH COORDINATOR

    Ali Syed is a founding member of Khair Collective. Dr. Syed specializes in the field of Psychiatry. He is passionate about community based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach to mental health care. Dr. Syed hopes to empower and support others experiencing behavioral health challenges by sharing his knowledge, experience, and expertise in the field.

    Shahma Hoda

    ADVISOR

    Shahma Hoda is a high school teacher at Brighter Horizons Academy in Dallas, TX. He has been an active member in his faith community for over a decade and wishes to take his services to a next level with Khair Collective.

  • Murshed Jamil Ahmed

    Murshed Jamil Ahmed is a software engineer working in Ed Tech and based in Brooklyn, NY. He joined Khair Collective because he is passionate about faith-based community outreach, mental health recovery and wants to use his personal experiences to uplift others.

  • Dr. Momin Tahirkheli, MD

    Dr. Momin Tahirkheli, MD

    Dr. Momin Tahirkheli is a graduate of UMKC medical school. He recently began his residency training in psychiatry at the UMKC school of medicine. He grew up in Kansas City and lives with his family there. He is interested in all aspects of psychiatry, and is exploring different subspecialties while he is in residency. For fun, he loves watching the Chiefs and football in general, playing video games, playing basketball and cricket, and teaching kids and young adults.

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER/DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

    Bhaa Elashkar is a visionary educational leader and mental health advocate with over two decades of experience across global institutions. As an accomplished administrator who has led institutions in the US and UAE, he brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to building engaged, high-performing teams.

    With a Bachelor’s in Education and Master’s in Leadership, Bhaa has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop and implement innovative programs that foster professional growth and excellence.

    In his current role with Khair Collective, Bhaa raises awareness about mental health resources and helps connect individuals with the tools and support they need.

  • Nadiah Abawi

    Nadiah Abawi

    MHFA INSTRUCTOR

    Nadiah Jenna Abawi is a student at the University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a bachelor's in medical neuroscience and psychology. Her future goals are to do research in neuroscience and psychopathology, and pursue an MD. Her personal experiences fuel her drive to study and educate others about mental health. After becoming a certified MHFA instructor, her goal is to help her community de-stigmatize mental health and provide people with tools to help them understand and respond to their challenges.

  • Aisha Malik

    Aisha Malik

    YOUTH MHFA INSTRUCTOR

    Aisha Malik is a graduate student at the University of Kansas, pursuing a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. With a passion for serving Muslim communities, Aisha aims to specialize in early childhood intervention, advocating for culturally responsive care in speech and language development. As a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Instructor, she is committed to integrating mental health awareness into her practice, educating and empowering Muslim families about its importance. In her free time, Aisha enjoys floral arrangement and reading, finding beauty and balance in both.

  • Safia Khattak

    GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

    Safia Khattak is an undergraduate student at Kean University, working toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Psychology. Passionate about the intersection of design and human behavior, Safia aims to use her creativity to foster connection and inspire social change. Currently, she interns with CAIR-NJ as a Graphic Designer, where she develops strategic and engaging visual content to amplify community voices and drive advocacy efforts. She also completed a semester abroad in London which deepened her appreciation for global perspectives in design. In her free time, Safia enjoys volunteering with Young Muslims, exploring hands-on activism, and creating meaningful designs for social justice causes.

    Abdullah Azim

    Abdullah Azim is a B2B Account Executive for a global top tech research firm, and is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. He joined Khair Collective to expand social awareness and outreach efforts as well as promote mental health issues that impact his community. In his spare time, he loves to travel and try new foods.
